About Hakham Rekhavi

"Hakham" is a title granted by Karaites to learned people and is similar to the Rabbanite title "Rabbi". Hakham Rekhavi studied for many years in Jerusalem under the late Hakham Mordecai Alfandari (of blessed memory). Hakham Rekhavi currently lives in his native Leeds, England, and carries on the tradition of scholarship of his teacher Hacham Alfandari.
